Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
Once you’ve contacted us and your return has been approved, we’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected it, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
